Pressable's Pricing in One Page
Pressable prices by plan size, not by feature. Every Signature plan includes the same toolkit, so you pick the plan by how many WordPress sites you run and how many visits they draw.
That makes the choice simple once you know your numbers. This page lists all eight Signature plans on monthly and yearly billing, explains how Pressable counts visits and storage, and works through an example.
All prices and plan details were read from Pressable's own pricing page and knowledge base on 10 October 2026. We have not run first-hand performance tests on Pressable, so this page covers cost and plan contents only.
Signature 1 at $25 a month is a strong start for one site with up to 30,000 visits, and Signature 2 at $45 a month adds three sites and 50,000 visits. Plans get cheaper per site as you grow: Signature 4 is $90 a month for 10 sites.
Pay yearly if you can. Yearly billing gives 2 months free on every Signature plan, so Signature 1 is $250 a year instead of $300.

All Signature Plans and Prices
These are the Signature plan prices on Pressable's pricing page. Monthly billing is month to month. Yearly billing is shown as 2 months free, so you pay ten months up front.
| Plan | WordPress installs | Visits / month | Storage | Monthly billing | Yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Signature 1 | 1 | 30K | 20GB | $25 | $250 ($20.83/mo) |
| Signature 2 | 3 | 50K | 30GB | $45 | $450 ($37.50/mo) |
| Signature 3 | 5 | 75K | 35GB | $60 | $600 ($50.00/mo) |
| Signature 4 | 10 | 150K | 50GB | $90 | $900 ($75.00/mo) |
| Signature 5 | 20 | 400K | 80GB | $155 | $1,550 ($129.17/mo) |
| Signature 6 | 50 | 1M | 200GB | $350 | $3,500 ($291.67/mo) |
| Signature 7 | 80 | 1.6M | 275GB | $545 | $5,450 ($454.17/mo) |
| Signature 8 | 100 | 2M | 325GB | $675 | $6,750 ($562.50/mo) |
The per-site cost drops quickly as plans grow. Signature 1 works out at $25 a month for one site. Signature 4 is $90 a month for ten, or $9 a site. Signature 5 is $155 a month for twenty, or under $8 a site.
What Every Signature Plan Includes
Pressable lists these features on all Signature plans, from the smallest to the largest:
- Five dedicated PHP workers per site (5 vCPUs), each with 512MB of memory, on AMD EPYC Milan CPUs.
- Staging and sandbox environments for every install, alongside production.
- Hourly and daily backups. Pressable runs hourly database backups and daily full-site snapshots and states it keeps them for at least 30 days.
- Jetpack Security, which Pressable values at $239 a year, plus malware monitoring.
- Free site migrations, unlimited, handled by Pressable's team. See our free migration services comparison for how it stacks up.
- Edge cache, page cache, query cache and a global CDN, plus geo-redundant cloud hosting.
- 24/7 WordPress support and professional email. Pressable quotes about 4 minutes average first response time on its pricing page; that is Pressable's figure, not ours.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee.
Because the features do not change between plans, you never pay extra to unlock staging or security on a larger plan. You only choose installs, visits and storage.
How Pressable Counts Visits and Storage
Pressable counts one visit per visitor per day, using the current UTC day. A visitor can view many pages and still count once. By default Pressable measures this with Fathom Analytics, which identifies unique visitors without cookies and filters many bots.
Pressable also offers an opt-in method called Pressable Insights, which counts server-side page requests and excludes known bots. Pressable says it often records higher visit numbers than the default, because it counts everything the server handles.
Storage is the disk space used across all your sites: uploads, plugins, themes and anything else you add. WordPress core files, Pressable-managed plugins and your database are not counted. For billing, Pressable averages your daily storage across the billing cycle, so a one-day spike does not drive your bill.
Going Over Your Plan: Overage Rates
If you pass your visit or storage limit, the site stays online and Pressable bills the extra usage automatically.
- Visits: $1.20 per 1,000 visits.
- Storage: $1.00 per GB.
- Reduced rates for steady needs: if you need more visits or storage on an ongoing basis, Pressable lists add-ons at $8 per 10,000 visits and $0.50 per GB per month of storage, up to 200GB.
Monthly plans are evaluated from billing date to billing date. Yearly plans are evaluated by calendar month. Pressable shows a banner in your dashboard at 80% of your limit and again when you pass it, and emails you once an overage reaches $10.
A Worked Cost Example
Say you run one site that draws 50,000 visits a month and uses 25GB of storage.
Option 1: Signature 1 on yearly billing. The plan covers 30,000 visits and 20GB. You are 20,000 visits over, which is $24 a month, plus 5GB over, which is $5 a month at most. Over a year that is $250 plus about $348, or roughly $598.
Option 2: Signature 2 on yearly billing. $450 a year covers 50,000 visits and 30GB across up to three sites. No overage, and room for two more sites.
So when a single site regularly runs past its visit limit, the next plan up is usually the better buy. Check your monthly visits in Pressable's dashboard, or in your own analytics, before you choose a tier. Our cost forecaster can help you project several years.
Premium Plans for Larger Sites
For mission-critical sites, Pressable's Premium plans start at $350 a month and are sold through its sales team. Pressable lists 10 base vCPUs per site, vertical scaling with bursting to 100+ cores, custom PHP memory up to 2048MB per worker, overage protection, white-glove onboarding, a 100% uptime guarantee and a Jetpack Complete license valued at $599 a year.
Most single sites and agencies will sit on the Signature range. Premium is worth a conversation once a site outgrows Signature 8 or needs custom resources.
