July 2026 Feature Argo Smart Routing Dropped From the Advertised Feature Set

What changed: Rocket.net no longer advertises Cloudflare Argo Smart Routing anywhere on its site — confirmed by a direct fetch of rocket.net/pricing/. Rocket.net still ships full Cloudflare Enterprise (275+ edge locations, Enterprise WAF, full-page edge caching) and free Redis on every plan; only the specific "Argo Smart Routing" line item is gone, most likely dropped after the World Hosting Group / Hosting.com acquisition.

Why it matters: Anywhere our review or comparison pages credited Rocket.net with "Cloudflare Argo Smart Routing" specifically, that claim was stale and was corrected. The performance story is unchanged — Enterprise-tier full-page edge caching is what drives Rocket.net's sub-100ms TTFB, not Argo — but the feature list can no longer cite a routing product Rocket.net does not name. Pricing is unaffected: Rocket.net's Starter plan has been a flat $30/month every year from 2022 to 2026 (verified against archived pricing snapshots), with no promo-to-renewal jump.

Confirmed via direct fetch of rocket.net/pricing/ on 2026-07-06 (fbwhseo Session 26). First spotted in two articles in Session 21; the full sweep — 9 fbwh-hugo files in total — was completed the same day in Session 27. Stale mentions were replaced with "Cloudflare enterprise-tier CDN" (plus free Redis where the sentence called for it), a contextual rewrite rather than a blind find-replace.
